     Comment by DGB: On the US 1930 census for Chicago, Cook Co., IL there is the family of a Clarence J. Kinsella with wife Adelaide, daughter Joan and brother-in-law Percy Colligan (age 26) that would fit this family. The problem is the birthplaces for these people. Clarence is listed as born in French Canada (implying QC) and the rest of the family listed as born in IL to a French Canada father and IL mother. It lists Clarence Kinsella as a department store salesman. End of comment.
