     There was a clergyman named Charles PEABODY with wife Almina in Ashford, Windham Co., CT in 1850. This is likely the same person. He is not found in the 1860 census. In the 1870 census he is in Merrimack County with wife Emilia S. and son Clarence age 13. The dates and ages seems to be correct. According to the Church history of Epsom, NH, he was there for three years about (1867 -1870.)1
