     Anne Percival was born circa 1777.1 She was the daughter of Elisha Percival and Abigail Smith.2 Anne Percival married John Ball, son of Nathan Ball and Ruhama Cook, on 13 February 1806 at Lee, Berkshire Co., MA.3 Anne Percival died on 22 July 1826 at Lee, Berkshire Co., MA; "Anna" Note that the record has a second entry with the death date of 20 Jul 1826.4 She was buried at Fairmount Cemetery, Lee, Berkshire Co., MA.2
     As of 13 February 1806,her married name was Ball.1
