     Ada Mae Bates was born on 30 August 1870 at Sheboygan Co., WI.¹ She was the daughter of Almerin F. Bates and Melissa Townsend.¹ Ada Mae Bates married Fred William Davies, son of Thomas Davies and Permilia Aldis Palmer.¹ Ada Mae Bates died on 15 July 1947 at Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Co., WI, at age 76.¹ She was buried at Fern Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Co., WI.¹

     Chancy Baldwin Davies was born on 3 June 1900 at Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Co., WI.¹ He was the son of Fred William Davies and Ada Mae Bates.¹ Chancy Baldwin Davies died on 23 September 1920 at Richmond, McHenry Co., IL, at age 20.¹ He was buried at Fern Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Co., WI.¹
