     Aurora Murray was born on 18 January 1785 at Canaan, Columbia Co., NY.¹ She was the daughter of Reuben Murray and Sarah Guthrie.¹ Aurora Murray married Captain Isaac Jerome, son of Aaron Jerome and Elizabeth Ball, on 18 March 1807 at Pompey, Onondaga Co., NY.¹ Aurora Murray died on 6 April 1867 at New York, New York Co., NY, at age 82.¹
     As of 18 March 1807,her married name was Jerome.

     Clarissa Hall was born on 16 July 1825 at Palmyra, Wayne Co., NY.¹ She was the daughter of Ambrose Hall and Clarissa Wilcox.¹ Clarissa Hall married Leonard Walter Jerome, son of Captain Isaac Jerome and Aurora Murray, on 5 April 1849 at Palmyra, Wayne Co., NY.¹ Clarissa Hall died on 2 April 1895 at Brighton, Sussex, England, at age 69.¹

     Emily Eunice Ball was born on 12 July 1833 at NY.^2,1 She was the daughter of Stephen Munn Ball and Abigail S. Throop.³ Emily Eunice Ball married George Kirkland, son of George Kirkland and Sally Convis, circa 1855 at Versailles, Cattaraugus Co., NY.² Emily Eunice Ball died on 13 July 1917 at East Randolph, Cattaraugus Co., NY, at age 84.²
     As of circa 1855,her married name was Kirkland.²

     Abigail Angeline Ball was born on 24 February 1841 at NY.² She was the daughter of Stephen Munn Ball and Abigail S. Throop.¹ Abigail Angeline Ball died in November 1867 at age 26.²

     Othello C. Pratt was born circa 1823 at NY.² He was the son of Manoah Pratt and Charlotte Ball.¹

     Comment by DGB: He may have been the Calvin B. Pratt who was a miner at the "Middle Fork of the American River" in Eldorado Co. CA for the 1850 census. That Calvin Pratt was lving with a Harvey Snow, who might have been husband of Calvin's cousin Charlotte Ball. End of comment.

     Helen C. Pratt was the daughter of Manoah Pratt and Charlotte Ball.¹

     Mary E. Pratt was the daughter of Manoah Pratt and Charlotte Ball.¹

     Leonidas E. Pratt was the son of Manoah Pratt and Charlotte Ball.¹

     Lucretia Blodgett was born circa 1806 at NY.² She married Aaron Jerome Ball, son of Marmaduke Ball and Rebecca Messenger, circa 1823 at Perrysburg, Cattaraugus Co., NY.³ Lucretia Blodgett died circa 1850 at WI.⁴
     As of circa 1825,her married name was Ball.

     Daniel Jerome Ball was born circa 1826 at NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.¹ Daniel Jerome Ball died circa 1852; on the way to California.³

     William Wallace Ball was born on 13 October 1826 at NY.¹ He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.² William Wallace Ball married Harriet Seely in July 1850.¹ William Wallace Ball married Amanda J. Williamson, daughter of Sarah (????), on 12 February 1862 at Shasta Co., CA.¹ William Wallace Ball died on 6 June 1888 at CA at age 61.¹ He was buried at Ogburn Inwood Cemetery, Shingletown, Shasta Co., CA.³

     Martin Russell Ball was born circa 1828 at NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.³ Martin Russell Ball married Sarah Jane Dewitt on 13 August 1853 at Watertown, Jefferson Co., WI.⁴ Martin Russell Ball died in 1876 at Shasta Co., CA.¹ He was buried at Ogburn Inwood Cemetery, Shingletown, Shasta Co., CA.⁵

     Henry Seymour Ball was born on 10 March 1830 at Chautauqua Co., NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.¹ Henry Seymour Ball married Catharine Lean, daughter of Stephen Lean and Mercy (????), on 10 December 1856 at Briggsville, Shasta Co., CA.² Henry Seymour Ball married Eva Aller on 20 September 1882.² Henry Seymour Ball died on 6 August 1916 at Pacific Grove, Monterey Co., CA, at age 86.²

     Hiram J. Ball was born on 9 November 1832 at NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.¹ Hiram J. Ball married Alvira B. Caryl, daughter of Levi Caryl and Betsy Beman, circa 1862.³

     Irvin Larson Ball was born in November 1834 at NY.¹ He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.² Irvin Larson Ball died in 1916.³

     Harvey Porter Ball was born circa 1836 at NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.¹ Harvey Porter Ball died on 16 June 1864 at Andersonville Prison, Sumter Co., GA.³ He was buried at Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, Sumter Co., GA; grave number 2055.⁴
     He served in the Civil War and enlisted on 15 June 1861 at WI. His Civil War record included: He was residing in Chippewa Falls WI at the time of enlistment and enlisted as a Private in the Union Army in A Company, 7th Infantry (Wisconsin). He was wounded on Aug 28 1862 at Gainesville, VA and made a POW on Oct 19 1863 at Haymarket, VA. He died of disease as a POW on June 16, 1864 at Andersonville, GA. The name "Ball, H." appears on the Roll of Honor.⁵

     Ephraim Blodgett Ball was born circa 1838 at NY.² He was the son of Aaron Jerome Ball and Lucretia Blodgett.¹ Ephraim Blodgett Ball married Lucinda Catherine Kilgore, daughter of J. Kilgore and Jerusha Fields, on 22 July 1869 at Boise, Ada Co., ID.^3,4 Ephraim Blodgett Ball and Lucinda Catherine Kilgore were divorced on 5 May 1879 at District Court, ID.^5,6,4 Ephraim Blodgett Ball died on 10 September 1886 at Salinas, Monterey Co., CA; at the home of brother Henry.⁴
     From "The Owyhee Avalanche" Silver City, ID, newspaper: "Eph Ball, one of the popular proprietors of the saloon in the Overland Hotel in Bosie City came over on last night's stage to pay Silver a short visit."⁴ From page 3 of the 13 May 1876 edition of the "Idaho Weekly Avalanche": "A brother of Eph. Ball is the Mayor of Salinas City, Monterey County, California." The brother was Henry Seymour Ball.⁴
