     Bernt Hestness was born circa 1861 at Norway; Comment by DGB: This may have been the Bernhard Hestnaes, christened at Tangen, Hedmark, Norway on 1 Sep 1861, son of Kristian Hestnaes Ele and Anne Pedersdatter. End of comment.^2,3,4 He married Ann Marie Wolhowe circa 1885.^1,2 Bernt Hestness died in 1930.¹ He was buried at Spruce Coulee Cemetery, Donalda, AB, Canada.³
