     Bentley E. Ball was born in September 1841 at Newark, Licking Co., OH.1 He was the son of Isaac Chauncey Ball and Elizabeth Baldwin.1 Bentley E. Ball married Mary Margaret Curtis, daughter of Amos Curtis and Mary Jane Perkins, on 14 November 1866.1 Bentley E. Ball died on 17 March 1888 at Newark, Licking Co., OH, at age 46.1 He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, Licking Co., OH.1

     George A. Ball was born on 28 March 1828.1 He was the son of Jonathan Christopher Ball and Lydia Peck.1 George A. Ball died on 10 March 1842 at OH at age 13.1 He was buried at Old Burying Ground, Johnstown, Licking Co., OH.1

George A. Ball1

     George A. Ball was born on 2 September 1843 at OH.1 He was the son of Isaac Chauncey Ball and Elizabeth Baldwin.1 George A. Ball married Mary Jane Huntsham on 15 October 1868.1 George A. Ball died on 23 October 1923 at OH at age 80.1
     George A Ball enlisted in the Union Army April 1861 in Company H and was discharged December 18, 1865. He achieved the rank of Brevet Captain Company K, in the One Hundred and Ninety-fifth Ohio volunteer infantry. He took part in the following named battles: Cheat Mountain, Chaplin Hills, and Stone River. He was wounded January 3, 1863 at Stone River.2
