     Frank E. Ball was born on 28 January 1886.¹ He was the son of William Edward Ball and Mary Douglas.¹ Frank E. Ball died on 20 December 1887 at age 1.¹

     Myra L. Ball was born on 5 July 1891.¹ She was the daughter of William Edward Ball and Mary Douglas.¹ Myra L. Ball died on 18 June 1892.¹

     Douglas Tracy Ball was born on 21 May 1896 at Concord, Essex Co., VT.^2,1 He was the son of William Edward Ball and Mary Douglas.² Douglas Tracy Ball married Kathleen May Adair, daughter of William Adair and Myra Smith, on 15 May 1919 at Lunenburg, Essex Co., VT.¹

     Susie Harvey was born in August 1863 at Concord, Essex Co., VT.² She was the daughter of Oscar F. Harvey.³ Susie Harvey married Fred A. Brewer, son of Friend Coursen Ball and Amanda Maria Kellogg, circa 1884.²

     Mildred Brewer was born on 29 July 1890 at Concord, Essex Co., VT.² She was the daughter of Fred A. Brewer and Susie Harvey.¹ Mildred Brewer died circa March 1891 at Concord, Essex Co., VT.³

     Willard Oscar Brewer was born on 10 August 1888 at Concord, Essex Co., VT.^1,2 He was the son of Fred A. Brewer and Susie Harvey.¹ Willard Oscar Brewer married Katherine E. Beebe, daughter of Charles L. Beebe and Emma C. Isham, on 1 January 1914 at Burlington, Chittenden Co., VT.³ Willard Oscar Brewer died in July 1966 at age 77; SSDI lists last residence as Plainfield, Union Co., NJ.⁴

     Madeline F. Ball was born in October 1894 at VT.¹ She was the daughter of Ernest R. Ball and Loretta J. Brown.²

     Ralph E. Ball was born in July 1895 at VT.¹ He was the son of Ernest R. Ball and Loretta J. Brown.²

     Constance E. Ball was born on 4 January 1897 at Rockingham, Windham Co., VT.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ernest R. Ball and Loretta J. Brown.³

     Eva May Ball was born on 3 August 1885 at Petersham, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Horace Nelson Ball and Ella W. Whitney.²

     Frederick Nelson Ball was born on 2 December 1883 at Petersham, Worcester Co., MA.¹ He was the son of Horace Nelson Ball and Ella W. Whitney.¹ Frederick Nelson Ball married Vina Mary Allen, daughter of Frank Allen and Minnie Fisher, on 23 April 1905 at Petersham, Worcester Co., MA.²

     Walter Eugene Ball was born on 26 February 1888 at Petersham, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Horace Nelson Ball and Ella W. Whitney.² Walter Eugene Ball married Edna Hannah Garfield, daughter of Ansel Uberto Garfield and Emma A. Scoville, on 8 August 1907 at Royalston, Worcester Co., MA.³

     Leo W. Girouard was born on 10 June 1931 at Athol, Worcester Co., MA.² He married June B. Rand, daughter of Eben Moses Rand and Katie Emma Ball, circa 1960.² Leo W. Girouard died on 21 December 1996 at Greenfield, Franklin Co., MA, at age 65.²
     From an obituary in the "Athol Daily News": Greenfield - Leo W. Girouard, Jr., 65, of 149 Conway Street, died Saturday in his home after an illness. He leaves his wife of thirty six years, June B. (Rand) Girouard. Born in Athol, June 10, 1931, a son of Leo W. and Agnes (Truehart) Girouard, Sr., he grew up in Nashua N.H. After graduation from New Mode Barber School, Nashua, N.H., he worked at the former Chaisson's Barber Shop, Orange, for several years. He moved to Greenfield in 1962 where he worked at the former Millers Falls Tool Company. Prior to his retirement he was a repairman at Standard Appliance Company, Greenfield.
A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of American Legion Post 81 and a member of First Congregational Church. He sang and played guitar for many years. His hobbies included constructing model boats and flying remote control model airplanes. He was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics. Besides his wife he leaves a son, Leo W. Girouard, III; two daughters, Kathy J. Aldrich of Greenfield and Barbara A. Haskins of Turners Falls; a brother, Donald J. Girouard of Nashua, N.H; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Witty's Funeral Home, 158 South Main St., Orange. Burial will follow in South Cemetery, Orange.²

     Joshua Ball was born circa June 1745.¹ He married Esther McFadden on 16 November 1769 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA; "Easter McFadden."²
     Comment by DGB: Warren thought that this Joshua or "Joseph" might have been the son of John Ball and Lydia (widow Perry). End of comment.

     Lydia Rice was born on 18 November 1740 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Absalom Rice and Elizabeth Flagg.² Lydia Rice married James Ball, son of John Ball and Mary Benjamin, on 2 March 1758 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.³ Lydia Rice died on 9 June 1805 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA, at age 64.⁴ She was buried at Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.⁵

     James Ball was born on 5 May 1759 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.² He was the son of James Ball and Lydia Rice. James Ball was baptized on 23 September 1759 at Old South Church, Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.³ He and Zebiah Williams posted marriage intentions on 29 October 1783 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.⁴ James Ball married Zebiah Williams, daughter of Joseph Williams and Mary Holmes, on 11 December 1783 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.⁴ James Ball died on 24 April 1836 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA, at age 76.^5,6 He was buried at Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.⁵

     Moses Ball was born on 19 May 1786.² He was the son of Jonathan Ball and Sarah Styles.³ Moses Ball married Mary Putney.¹
