Brooks married Sumner Nehemiah Ball, son of Dexter Ball and Hannah Jefts, on 26 November 1884 at Antrim, Hillsborough Co., NH.⁵ Carrie B. Brooks died on 15 October 1936 at Hopkinton, Merrimack Co., NH, at age 77.⁴ She was buried at New Cemetery, Washington, Sullivan Co., NH.²

     Nehemiah Ball was born on 20 August 1791 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.² He was the son of Reuben Ball and Rebecca Winship.¹ Nehemiah Ball married Mary Beckford on 8 December 1820 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.³ Nehemiah Ball married Mary Merriam on 11 September 1821 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.⁴ Nehemiah Ball died on 1 November 1860 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA, at age 69.⁵

     Abner Ball was born on 31 March 1797 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.² He was the son of Reuben Ball and Rebecca Winship.¹ Abner Ball married Indianna Woods on 4 June 1820 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.³ Abner Ball married Sarah Farrar on 28 October 1823 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.⁴ Abner Ball and Sarah Farrar posted marriage intentions on 14 September 1823 at Chelmsford, Middlesex Co., MA.⁵ Abner Ball died on 20 October 1872 at age 75.¹

     Abigail Brown was born circa 1767; in her 55th year at death.² She married Benjamin Ball, son of Reuben Ball and Rebecca Winship, on 11 April 1811 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA; "Benjamin Jr."³ Abigail Brown died on 1 June 1821 at Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.²
